Ok, little Readership, whoever you are...
I am looking for info and can't find it on the huge Web. I want to see if the Statue of Liberty will be open on Columbus Day. I'm assuming it closes on holidays.
Anybody know or can help???

Current Park Hours: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. Hours are adjusted seasonally and during holiday periods.
Liberty and Ellis Islands are open daily except December 25th.

Hi...just found it, too.
When I googled just Statue of Liberty, I got tons of info, but not dates/fees. So, I added ", fees" and got the website with the right info. Thanks.
Can't believe I've never actually been there!
its a pretty cool place. It does tend to get chilly because of the wind out there so take an extra sweater or jacket for the little man!
Ah, yes. It would have made a lovely day trip...but, alas, DH got called in to work. OT's a great thing, but rough on planning family outings! Gonna do something a little more local with the part of the day we have left.
